By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Artwork

Aside from prints, most artwork sold on this site is custom and made to order.

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, all custom orders are final sale

  • Once work has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged

  • Minor artistic variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects

2. Hand-Painted Bottles 

Hand-painted bottles are one-of-a-kind art pieces created on glass bottles that may contain liquid. While great care is taken during the painting and packaging process, glass items inherently carry shipping risk.

By purchasing a hand-painted bottle, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Bottles are painted by hand and may take several hours to complete

  • Each bottle is unique and cannot be exactly replicated

  • Bottles are packaged carefully, but breakage during shipping is a known risk

3. Shipping, Damage, or Loss in Transit (Hand-Painted Bottles)

Hand-painted bottles are one-of-a-kind art pieces created on glass bottles that may contain liquid. While great care is taken during the painting and packaging process, by purchasing a hand-painted bottle, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with shipping glass items.

If a bottle is damaged or broken during shipping:

  • Damage or breakage during transit is considered an assumed risk of purchase

  • I cannot replace, recreate, or repaint a broken bottle

  • I cannot file shipping claims to recoup the cost of a broken bottle

  • Breakage during shipping does not guarantee a refund or replacement

If a bottle is lost in transit:

  • Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it is considered outside of my control

  • Lost shipments are considered a loss

  • I cannot replace, recreate, or repaint lost bottles

  • I cannot file shipping claims on lost bottles

Refunds (At Artist’s Discretion):

  • In the event of damage or loss, I may, at my sole discretion, offer:

    • A refund of the artwork portion only (shipping is non-refundable), or

    • Store credit for future use

  • Any refund or credit offered is a courtesy, not an obligation

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees cover packing materials, handling, and carrier costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, even in cases of damage or loss

  • I am not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer

5. Refund Policy

  • Custom artwork is non-refundable

  • Refunds are not issued for:

    • Change of mind

    • Color, style, or creative preference

    • Minor imperfections inherent in hand-painted work

  • Any refunds offered are solely at the artist’s discretion

6. Timeline & Turnaround

Quoted turnaround times begin only once I have received everything required to start the artwork, including:

  • The bottle itself (if supplied by the client or required for the project)

  • All reference photos, materials, and written direction

  • Final approval of the design concept, when applicable

 

Quoted turnaround times apply to the creation of the artwork only and do not include shipping or transit time.

Expedited/Rush Orders:

  • For expedited/rush orders, I will provide an estimated shipping timeframe based on the carrier’s published delivery estimates. Shipping estimates are not guarantees

  • The only guarantee provided is that the completed artwork will be handed off to the shipping carrier by the agreed-upon date

  • Once the completed artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of my control

  • Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other shipping-related issues are not the responsibility of the artist

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.

  • Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission

  • The artist reserves the right to photograph completed work for portfolio, website, and social media use unless otherwise requested

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the artist be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss beyond the original purchase price of the artwork

  • Emotional or sentimental value attached to custom pieces

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
